Magnedude = Geodude + Magneton

In the spirit of Christmas, I spent today revisiting something I did at the end of last year, around Christmas. As a followup to Primexecutor, Sebastian and I mixed together Geodude and Magneton. Like last time, Sebastian came up with the concept and drew up what came to mind. I cleaned up the drawing and colored it in Photoshop. From a distance, it kind of looks like a Christmas tree.

STEP ONE: SCAN ORIGINAL INTO PHOTOSHOP

STEP TWO: DARKEN LINES, REMOVE STRAY LINES AND WHITE SPACES

STEP THREE: ADD COLOR

STEP FOUR: BURN COLORS

STEP FIVE: ADJUST BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST

STEP SIX: SHARPEN LINES AND ADJUST COLOR

STEP SEVEN: FINISH

Primexecutor = Primeape + Executor

In the spirit of the supposed Pokemon Month this December, we got together and brainstormed some Pokemon hybrids. We mixed Primeape and an Executor to make a Primexecutor. Sebastian came up with the concept and drew it up what came to mind.

I cleaned up the drawing and colored it in Photoshop. These are the steps:

STEP ONE: SCAN ORIGINAL INTO PHOTOSHOP, AND ROTATE

STEP TWO: CLEAN UP AND REMOVE STRAY LINES

STEP THREE: DARKEN LINES AND REMOVE WHITE SPACES

STEP FOUR: ADD COLOR, FIRST PASS

STEP FIVE: BURN COLOR, SECOND PASS

STEP SIX: ADJUST OVERALL CONTRAST AND BRIGHTNESS
